Pre-launch terms
These cover this early-access site only. Full marketplace terms — booking, payment, cancellation and dispute terms — will be published before MyShootMate opens for bookings, and you will be asked to accept them then.
This page describes the pre-launch site as of the date of your visit.
1. Who we are
MyShootMate is a product of Kliqon Technologies, based in Telangana, India. You can reach us at hello@myshootmate.com.
2. What this site does
This site is informational. It describes a photography booking marketplace that is not yet open to the public.
It also lets photographers and studios create an account ahead of launch. Creating an account does not create a booking, a listing, or any obligation on either side.
3. Early accounts
An account created here is a real account on our platform. It is not visible to customers and cannot receive bookings until the marketplace opens and your profile has passed verification.
The information you give us at signup — your name, business type, location, specialities, experience and contact details — is used to prepare your profile and to contact you about launch. Nothing is published without you completing your profile and passing verification.
You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time by writing to us.
4. Nothing here is a commitment
Features, fees, timelines and policies described on this site are our current intent and may change before launch. Where a number matters to you — the platform fee, the payment split — we will confirm it in the final terms you accept before you can take a booking.
5. Your content
Anything you upload or submit stays yours. By submitting it you allow us to store and process it for the purpose of setting up and operating your account.
Do not submit work you do not have the right to submit.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's accounts, or submit false identity or business information. We may suspend or remove an account for any of these.
7. Liability
This site is provided as-is during the pre-launch period. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update this page as the product develops. Material changes affecting accounts already created will be sent to the email on the account.
